    • We allow a one-time size exchange for all orders.

    • Items once sold are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

  2. Shipping Costs

    • The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable.

    • We recommend using a traceable mail service as we do not provide a reverse pickup facility.

    • Any returned item that is not received by www.akshindia.com will be considered not returned.

  3. Exchange Conditions

    • Purchases made during SALE are not eligible for exchange or return.

    • Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

    • Products must meet the following criteria to qualify for exchange:

      • Unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact.

      • Returned in the original packaging.

  4. Exchange Process

    • Include the following details in your return package:

      • Email

      • Order ID

      • Desired size for exchange.

  5. Size Exchange or Store Credit

    • For size exchanges, customers can opt for:

      • The required size (bigger or smaller) equal to the value of the exchanged product, minus shipping/COD costs for both to and fro.

      • Store credit equal to the exchanged product value, minus the shipping/COD costs, valid for 20 days from the date of issuance.

  6. Responsibility for Returned Items

    • Customers are responsible for ensuring items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

    • Goods remain the customer’s responsibility until received at the exchange address.
