    • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

    • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving payment.

    • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  3. Shipping Charges

    • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout based on your order and location.

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include additional charges.

  4. Delivery Timeline

    • Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

    • Remote areas may take longer for delivery.

  5. Tracking Information

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking details.

    • You can use the tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.

  6. Failed Deliveries

    • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect or incomplete address information, the order will be returned to us.

    • Re-shipping will be at the customer’s expense.

  7. Handling and Packaging

    • All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

    • If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damaged packaging and product.

  8. Unavailability of Reverse Pickup Facility

    • We do not provide a reverse pickup service for returns or exchanges. Customers must arrange for the return shipment through a traceable courier service.
